Angéline works as an independent business researcher where she interviews politicians, industry leaders and other professionals. She studied International Business and Applied Psychology at the London Metropolitan University.
Angeline was born in Ashford, Kent and moved to Newham as a young child. Her involvement with Conflict and Change is a family legacy as her mother and brother have both been involved. Angéline joined as a volunteer in 2008 and joined the management committee in 2009. As well as her role as Treasurer she is a volunteer mediator, helps to organise events and facilitates at Community Conversation events.
While still at school Angéline sat on the management committee of the Emanuel Youth Project and helped organise Christmas charity cafes in Forest Gate. Later, the project team formed a charity called Water 4 Life to raise funds for community projects in Kenya and Angéline spent a month there building water tanks, roofs and dams.
More recently Angéline spent a year as a volunteer youth worker for Kilburn Youth Centre, helping inner-city young people develop the skills to find work and also worked on a summer youth LGBT film project.
In her spare time Angéline loves reading and can happily spend hours buying and reading old books and working on a range of creative projects.
