Our secondary schools work has led us right into the heart of youth work, using social, educational and creative media to explore conflict, emotions, and mediation. Focussing on personal experiences, and with guidance from the young people on our Steering Group, we aim to work in a way that reaches young people on their own level. What we do: |

Within the Children and Young People Team (CYP) we provide 2 distinct conflict resolution programmes for primary aged students (Key stage 2).

Conflict and Change has been working with young people in Newham since 1984. The Children and Young People’s Team deliver several programmes for young people and adults working with them, supporting the development of communication and conflict resolution skills. Our 'Not a Beef Ting' programme for young people in Newham is funded by the Big Lottery and all workshops are co-delivered alongside young facilitators. |
