We provide training and accredited courses as well as consultancy and coaching for organisations and individuals. Our aim is to enable people to understand and resolve conflict, both personally and in their work/community. We work with them to develop the skills and confidence to they need relate to others constructively.
Conflict and Change’s training team has many years of experience working with individuals and organisations in Newham, helping people developing their communication skills and training people how to resolve conflicts at home, work and in the community. We also offer training courses in mediation. In recent years we’ve also started to offer workshops in anger management, confidence building and assertiveness training for people and organisations in the community.

Conflict and Change has worked for the last twenty years helping people devise practical solutions to conflict at work and home. Most of our mediation work is done by volunteers, who we train in conflict management.
Our training team has worked with and trained staff from organisations large and small, including local authorities, private companies and local charities.
