For over 25 years, Conflict & Change has provided community mediation services to the people of Newham. Mediation is a proven, effective way of supporting local people to find positive ways out of conflicts they may face.
Our community mediation service is currently supported by the London Borough of Newham who commission us to provide a service to Newham residents. After supporting Conflict and Change mediation for over twenty years, Newham has told us they will terminate our commission at the end of the financial year in less than two months time.
We that request that the London Borough of Newham reverses its decision to end commissioning of our community mediation service at the end of the financial year, and continues to commission this service with no break.
