Let's Kick Racism Out Of Football - Faiths in Action participant's event

Posted in

As part of the Faiths in Action ‘Building Bridges’ course when women have completed the training in facilitation skills, participants offer to run interfaith events.

Khadijah held her event on 8th March 2010 within Women's International Week, in order to promote Women's football.

She writes The event was a success as the Women were willing to give it a try” . From the photo it looks like they all had fun!   "We were in a very friendly atmosphere getting to know each other along with plenty of food and drink (Hot Curry) and other International dishes, which we all enjoyed. There was only one complaint which was the Women felt they ate too much, so we made an agreement for the newcomers to join Women United to burn off the fat. "
