All the forms and guidelines you need for mediation visits.
- The client progress agreement form is intended to be filled in by you and the client together before you leave. We've found it's a very helpful way to make sure they (and you) are clear about what happens next.
- Some of you have told us you're not sure what to include in your report after a visit, so we've produced a template mediator visit report. You don't have to use this, but it's a very useful reminder of what's helpful for us to know.
- And of course if you have any travel expenses, don't forget to give Josh your travel claim form.
